Procurement that carries weight when decisions are made.

Procurement transformation, from need to payment: Source-to-Pay processes backed by the right tools, supplier risk under control, and procurement leadership available on a fractional or interim basis. For SMEs structuring their purchasing as well as for regulated groups.

A container terminal seen from the air: rows of containers and gantry cranes.

What we take on.

  • Source-to-Pay, from need to payment

From need to payment: sourcing, tenders, contracts, orders, goods receipt and invoices. Simple processes, supported by software when volumes justify it, with SAP Ariba or the tool that suits your size, and integrated with your ERP.

  • Fractional procurement leadership

A Fractional CPO on hand at the pace you set: roadmap, leadership of strategic tenders, team upskilling. The practices of large corporates, scaled to your company.

  • Interim procurement leadership

Stepping into the role when the position is vacant or being transformed. We stabilise, we decide, we prepare the ground for the permanent hire.

  • Third-party risk and compliance

Mapping and monitoring of critical suppliers, the DORA register of information, NIS2 supply chain requirements, contractual clauses and exit plans.

Three options, one standard.

Scope, duration and budget are agreed with you after a first conversation. Not sure which option to choose? One conversation is enough to decide.

Frequently asked questions.

What is a Fractional CPO?
A Fractional CPO is an experienced Chief Procurement Officer who works for your company on a shared, part-time basis, at the pace you set. You gain access to large-enterprise expertise without creating a full-time position, and you adjust the time commitment to the workload.
Is Source-to-Pay useful for an SME?
Yes, provided you deal with processes before tools. An SME mainly gains visibility over its spend, better negotiated terms and faster invoice processing. The tool comes afterwards, sized to your volumes.
How does the DORA Regulation affect procurement?
Since 17 January 2025, DORA has required financial entities in the European Union to keep a register of information on their ICT third-party service providers, assess their concentration risk and include specific clauses in their contracts. Procurement is on the front line for collecting this data and negotiating these clauses.
Does Clixite work in English as well as French and Dutch?
Yes. Assignments run in English, French or Dutch, depending on your teams and your suppliers, anywhere in Belgium and Luxembourg.
